  • Step 1: contact the dealer

It is best to get in touch with the dealer who can examine your product and advise you on the best handling procedure. In some cases, they can even send it to us directly.

  • 2nd step: under warranty or not

It is necessary to determine whether your product is under warranty or whether the actions to be done are taken under warranty or not.

Warranty : The care taken in the development, choice of materials and manufacture of SUPAIR products enables us to cover our products with a 5-year guarantee against all manufacturing defects and abnormal wear and tear.
This warranty does not cover abuse, accidents, negligence or normal wear and tear.
Note “Safety note”
: The actions to be taken following a safety note are, unless otherwise specified, covered by the guarantee.

IN ALL CASES, PLEASE COMPLETE AND SEND THE ABOVE FORM TO OBTAIN AN EXPERTISE AND AN AFTER SALES RETURN NUMBER. ANY RETURN SHIPMENT WITHOUT A AFTER SALE NUMBER MAY NOT BE PROCESSED.

  • Return procedure for product OUT OF GUARANTEE :

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
A quote of the repairs
will be sent to you either by post or by e-mail. After written acceptance, the work will be carried out. Your product will be returned to you at the address indicated once payment for the work has been completed (by check or credit card).

  • Return procedure for product UNDER warranty :

In general, the outward carriage costs are to be paid by the customer. In some cases, the return of your equipment to our workshop may be covered by SUPAIR. We will then send you a pre-filled “COLISSIMO” return label to stick on your package which you will drop off at the post office of your choice (in France only). (Detailed instructions on the return label).

  • Shipping and documents:

Please send the goods in suitable packaging to the address indicated at the bottom of the page. We advise you to use a COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST type service with tracking and proof of delivery.
Documents that must be included with your shipment :
– SUPAIR return number
– Copy of the email after sale service form

  • Average repair time (indicative) :

15 days from the date of receipt of the package, if the work can be carried out in our workshop. If the product has to be returned to production, the delay can be up to 4 weeks. In all cases we try to a maximum of
reduce these delays.
