SUPAIR provides a quality after sales service. You will find here all the informations needed for your claim.
- 1st step : form filling and contact with your reseller
You will have to fill-in the following form to have a claim number and then you will be able to take contact with your reseller who will manage the claim process.
- 2nd step : under warranty or not
We will tell you if your product is under warranty or not.
Warranty: We provide you a 5 years warranty for every manufacturing defect and abnormal wear.
This warranty doesn’t cover abuse, accidents, neglect or normal wear and tear.
About the “safety notices” : the warranty cover all the actions concerned by a safety notice..
After studying your claim, we will propose your 2 kinds of cares for your claim:
– A repair by one of our repairing partner in your country.
– A repair directly in our workshop.
2 weeks when we have your product in our workshop. This time can be extended to 4 weeks if we need to send your product in our factory. Whatever we always work hard to reduce this time.
Do you need a repair ? Please fill-in the following form to receive a claim number. Then take contact with your local reseller with your claim number.
Please fill-in one form by product concerned. The form will be reset after each sending.
